Potions
In the beginning, I would mix different stuff that I found laying around. I just wanted to see how the end result would be. Later on, these potions had a name and got something to do with the story of King.
Scorpion Triangle
To fully comprehend the names of the potions and how they are made, you must first
understand what the Scorpion Triangle represents. Read about it in the previous
section if you haven’t.
So, as the Scorpion Triangle represents King and his brothers, each of these 4 beings had a potion in their name.
I didn’t figure out the reason for that yet though. Basically the potions were named King Fusion, Dragon King,
Cobra King and Scorpion King after King and his brothers starting from the eldest (King). Me and my cousins
represented these 4 divine beings each, so technically we had potions for ourselves too but as these
potions were made by me on Earth and even though they had quite the same ingredients as the potions for King
and his brothers, they were named diferrently for us. The following table should make their naming conventions
easier to understand.
Holder | USSP Potion Name | Earth Potion Name |
King | King Fusion | Energium |
Dush | Dragon King | Colex |
Junior | Cobra King | Elementor |
Ath | Scorpion King | Bion |
Potion Making!
See the first picture.
The first one from the right is Energium. It was the hardest to produce and was my favourite. There was not a
particular recipe for it but it is assumed that it was made more powerful when a wider variety of ingredients
was added to it. Common ingredients used to make it include shaving foam, toothpaste, car fuel, face creams
and pretty much everything that I could find in my house. It is considered to be unstable and was thus never
exactly considered to be ready.
The first one from the left is Colex. To produce it, a lot of water-based perfumes have to be mixed
with some strong glue. Then it needs to be left for 2 weeks. After this interval of time, if a little
residue (the one in the chest of Robocup) has been formed, the potion is said to have been well made. It is by
far the cleanest and the best smelling potion of the bunch.
The second one from the right is Elementor. It represented my cousins and me or King and his brothers, as to
make it, 4 elements need to be present. Initally, it consists of just water and some soil. Then the recipient
is slighly buried in the ground. Sometimes the recipient is left uncovered so that air and sunlight (fire) can
enter. This potion was never considered to be ready though and was the most easy to produce.
The third one from the right is Bion. It is produced by mixing a lot of different random leaves and other
parts of plants to some water. The resulting mixture with or without the leaves can then be assumed to have
decayed into Bion after some days.
Diversity of Potions
There was just 8 main potions because as I said, the 4 potions that I talked about had 2 different names each even if their ingredients were pretty much the same. There was a last solution though. It was just named “Fluid”. It couldn’t be produced (it was a solution that I was given and I still don’t know what it was made of) and it didn’t fit in the Scorpion Triangle. These 9 liquids were the basic blocks of the other potions that were made. With these 9 solutions, 81 other potions were made! Each of these main solutions and compound potions had a code for them too. These codes can be thought of how you’d represent a compound based on the elements it contained and these elements’ valencies in modern chemistry. You can find the full list of potions and solutions by clickling here. The reason why Energium and King Fusion don’t follow a simliar format as the other 6 potions was because they were the most porwerful of all of potions and are at the center of the Scorpion Triangle, unlike the others. Also, there were 3 other substances that were sold in Kishan’s Shop which kind of fit in the potions category. These were Filtered Water (not really the one you know), Disinfectant (I don’t remember what it was made of) and Filtered Powder (made up of flour, powdered milk and other powders). These 3 weren’t used much. There were also a lot of other solutions I made up (I still have all of them by the way) but they aren’t detailed and don’t really matter.
